The British Council Connections Through Culture grant funds international creative partnerships between the UK and artists or organisations in 35+ countries across the Americas, Asia, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East. Application tips
At least one project partner must be UK-based; the other must be based in one of the participating countries. Higher grant amounts (£15,000) are available for partnerships with countries such as Argentina, Bangladesh, and Colombia; lower amounts (£5,000) apply to partners in Australia, New Zealand, and Tanzania. Applications opened 17 June 2026; deadline 12 August 2026 at 23:59 BST.
