About this opportunity
Developing Your Creative Practice (DYCP) is Arts Council England's fund for individual creative practitioners to take time to focus on their creative development. Grants support research, training, mentoring, international travel, experimentation, and working with new collaborators, enabling artists to develop their skills and practice.
Application tips
DYCP is currently paused until April 2026; Round 24 is planned for early April with applications opening in early June on the updated grants system. An interim ringfenced GBP 7.5 million Research and Development fund within National Lottery Project Grants was available (closed February 2026). Be specific about what you want to develop and how the grant will help.
