Visual Arts Residency
Rolling First Timers Welcome

About this opportunity

Triangle Arts Association, founded in 1982, provides three-month studio residencies in DUMBO, Brooklyn, in the heart of New York's contemporary art scene. The programme fosters creative exchange and dialogue through studio visits, group critiques, and connections to the wider Triangle Network of artist-led organisations across more than 30 countries.

Application tips

The open call is currently paused as Triangle updates programme elements. Subscribe to their mailing list for announcements. When open, specify your preferred seasonal cycle (December-February, March-May, June-August, or September-November). The programme does not provide housing or a stipend, so plan your funding in advance. Curator studio visits happen multiple times monthly. Seasonal open studio events for public engagement.
