Logan Nonfiction Fellowship
About this opportunity
The Logan Nonfiction Fellowship, hosted by the Carey Institute for Global Good in upstate New York, provides hybrid residencies for nonfiction creators working across all subjects including arts criticism and cultural journalism. Each session brings together 10 to 12 fellows for collaborative work and professional mentorship, combining two nonconsecutive weeks in person at the Carey Institute's campus with eight weeks of virtual programming. The programme runs two sessions per year, in spring and autumn.
Application tips
Apply with a clearly defined project that you can make meaningful progress on during the residency. The programme values ambitious, long-form nonfiction, so if your criticism project is book-length or multimedia, this is an excellent fit. There is no application fee.
